CANNES: The Spanish scripted series The Department of Time<\/em> is being adapted\u00a0for China.<\/p>\n Originally produced by Cliffhanger and Onza Entertainment, the series airs on TVE in Spain. The Chinese outfit Guan Yue International has licensed the format rights and will prep a local version.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m so happy to bring this fantastic series to China,\u201d said Yan He, the managing director of Guan Yue International. \u201cChina has a long history.
