CANNES: all3media international has taken on global distribution for An OAPs Guide to Modern Life<\/em> and An Immigrants Guide to\u2026<\/em> from U.K. indie Rumpus Media, offering the finished series and format rights.<\/p>\n

An OAPs Guide to Modern Life<\/em> was commissioned by Channel 4 in the U.K., where a three-part series will air later this spring (as An OAPs Guide to Britain<\/em>) led by comedian and octogenarian Barry Humphries.<\/p>\n

The three-part series An Immigrants Guide to Britain<\/em>, was produced for Channel 4 with Henning Wehn. all3media international is offering buyers the original British version, as well as the format, An Immigrants Guide to\u2026<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Maartje Horchner, the head of acquisitions at all3media international, commented, \u201cWe\u2019re very pleased to partner with Rumpus Media for the first time as Channel 4 commissions this new series. Both titles present their own uniquely informative, entertaining and always hilarious perspectives on everyday life\u2014which we\u2019re confident will have wide appeal in the international market.\u201d<\/p>\n
