{"id":4754,"date":"2016-02-24T11:09:12","date_gmt":"2016-02-24T16:09:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/all3media-international-to-launch-welcome-to-our-home\/"},"modified":"2016-02-24T11:09:12","modified_gmt":"2016-02-24T16:09:12","slug":"all3media-international-expands-be-my-guest-brand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/all3media-international-expands-be-my-guest-brand\/","title":{"rendered":"all3media international Expands Be My Guest Brand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LONDON: Independent distribution company all3media international is extending its factual-entertainment format brand <em>Be My Guest<\/em> with the creation of <em>Welcome to our Home<\/em>, which is due to roll out at MIPTV.<\/p>\n<p>While<em> Be My Guest<\/em> sees four sets of small hoteliers take turns hosting each other at their establishments and judging their competitors on their hospitality and venue, the brand-new extension <em>Welcome to our Home<\/em> will see people rent out rooms within their homes, or even their entire homes, via online rental sites such as Airbnb, Wimdu, Homeaway and others. <em>Welcome to our Home<\/em> is co-developed by Studio Lambert, the original producer of <em>Be My Guest<\/em>, and French production company Coyote.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Smith, the senior VP of format production at all3media international, commented, \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to be working again with Studio Lambert and Coyote on this exciting new variation on an already hugely successful format. These room rental websites have opened up a whole new opportunity for people to utilize their own existing spaces as mini holiday rentals businesses and earn money from their own properties. This new format has a great international appeal and is a fantastic chance to uncover a further host of characters, homes and stories at the center of this concept\u2014as we challenge these \u2018amateur\u2019 hosts to offer the best experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Be My Guest<\/em> airs on Channel 4 in the U.K. as <em>Four in a Bed<\/em> and in France on TF1 as <em>Bienvenue Chez Nous<\/em>.
