In addition, Asia&#8217;s Scripps Networks Interactive, Foxtel Australia and Spain&#8217;s Mediaset have picked up the show&#8217;s sixth season.<\/p>\n<p><em>Love It or List It<\/em> looks on as interior designers and real estate agents help homeowners decide if they should remodel or sell their houses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs our hit TV show continues to explode in popularity, it also highlights the strength of the <em>Love It or List It<\/em> franchise, currently one of the strongest Canadian TV formats selling worldwide,\u201d said co-executive producer Maria Armstrong.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf broadcasters are looking towards factual entertainment formats which explore a slice of life for entertainment, real estate and design know-how, then <em>Love It or List It<\/em> perfectly fits the bill,\u201d noted co-executive producer Catherine Fogarty. \u201cFurthermore, the concept works all over the world and is a proven ratings hit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Munia Kanna Konsek, the head of sales at Beyond Distribution, added: \u201c<em>Love It or List It<\/em> is a top performing show which has been a great success for Beyond in many of our territories.
