The deal builds on ITVS GE and Formata\u2019s existing relationship, which sees Formata produce the Brazilian version of ITVS GE\u2019s cooking contest format <em>BBQ Champ<\/em> for SBT. ITVS GE will also have the option of picking up Formata\u2019s formats for international distribution.<\/p>\n<p>ITVS GE\u2019s format portfolio includes a range of titles such as <em>I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here!<\/em>, S<em>aturday Night Takeaway<\/em>, <em>The Chase<\/em> and <em>Come Dine with Me<\/em>, as well as recently launched formats like <em>Drive<\/em>, <em>Love Island<\/em> and <em>Keeping the Nation Alive<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Daniela Busoli, the founder and CEO of Formata, said: \u201cGiven the extensive and high-quality format catalogue that ITVS GE carries, representing this global giant gives Formata the credibility and competitive differential in the Brazilian market. This partnership also allows us to tap into ITVS GE\u2019s international distribution network and to keep Formata up to date with market trends and new developments in the audiovisual world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Greg Johnson, the executive VP of distribution for the Americas at ITV Studios Global Entertainment, commented: \u201cWith one of South America\u2019s largest television markets, Brazil is a key focus of our formats business, with two more of our formats going into production there this year.
