The chefs will be judged by food experts Guillermo Gonz\u00e1lez Beristain, Aquiles Ch\u00e1ves, Juantxo S\u00e1nchez and Martha Ort\u00edz.<\/p>\n<p>Talanc\u00f3n commented: \u201cI am proud to be part of this exquisite project that shows Mexico in a better light. <em>Top Chef Mexico<\/em> showcases our culture, our traditions and the love we have for Mexican cuisine.
