MIAMI: Mexico’s Televisa and Keshet International (KI) have struck up a partnership that will see four scripted formats getting remade with Spanish-language adaptations over the next three years.<\/p>\n
The adaptations will be broadcast in Mexico, with the U.S. Hispanic network Univision also holding rights to air the series for its audience. The first series to be commissioned under the deal is Loaded<\/em>. The local series entitled Realidad Aumentada<\/em> (Augmented Reality<\/em>) will be produced by Jorge Aragon alongside the in-house production team at Televisa; production will commence in Mexico this month.<\/p>\n Mauricio Bail\u00f3n, the general director of new international affairs for Televisa Internacional, said, \u201cWe are very happy to have a new deal with Keshet International, one of the world\u2019s best series content creators. We are convinced that with this new agreement Televisa will be able to adapt content for production in Spanish and exhibit it on Televisa\u2019s platforms complementing our international sales catalogue.
