With nearly 30 years of experience in program development, she is the ideal candidate for this role. We are delighted to have her on board, and the first results of her work will be visible before the end of the year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Josmann has been part of Redseven\u2019s development department since August 2024, most recently serving as executive producer of development, with a focus on factual formats. Prior to that, Josmann held senior development positions at several production companies, most recently spending six years at south&amp;browse GmbH.
