Fremantle has named television producer John Quinn as the showrunner and executive producer of season 54 of The Price is Right<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cJohn brings a dynamic energy, remarkable creativity and a collaborative spirit that elevates every production he touches,\u201d said Jennifer Mullin, CEO of Fremantle. \u201cCombined with his rare ability to adapt with the times while honoring tradition, [he is] the ideal choice to carry this iconic mainstay of television forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Quinn will build on the format brand’s long heritage in the U.S. while bringing updates such as themed episodes including Breast Cancer Awareness, Valentine\u2019s Day, Pet Adoption Week, Mother\u2019s Day and School\u2019s Out. There will also be an addition of a brand-new pricing game in the season premiere. This marks the first addition to the current game lineup since 2021\u2019s Back to \u201872 and To the Penny.<\/p>\n
