{"id":15176,"date":"2025-07-09T09:57:37","date_gmt":"2025-07-09T13:57:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/something-special-seals-french-format-options\/"},"modified":"2025-07-09T12:32:49","modified_gmt":"2025-07-09T16:32:49","slug":"something-special-seals-french-format-options-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/something-special-seals-french-format-options-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Something Special Seals French Format Options"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Something Special has optioned the rights to two Korean formats to Studio TF1&#8217;s Flanagan Productions label in France.<\/p>\n<p>The deal includes <em>Still Alive<\/em>, a reality competition set in a mysterious mansion, which has clinched 14 deals, including in Germany, Italy and the Nordics.<\/p>\n<p>Flanagan Productions has also optioned <em>The Penthouse Game<\/em>, a financial-themed reality competition created and produced by Channel A.<\/p>\n<p>Jin Woo Hwang, president and executive producer at Something Special, said: \u201cSomething Special enjoys a truly wonderful partnership with Studio TF1, and we are thrilled they\u2019ve acquired two of our most popular competition formats, the engaging and spooky game show <em>Still Alive<\/em> and financial-themed format competition <em>The Penthouse Game<\/em>.
