A new central development and design team led by Mel Bezalel will provide creative and strategic support and pitch materials to all three labels.<\/p>\n<p>Tierney joins from ITV, where is currently commissioning editor for reality. \u201cThere\u2019s an incredible appetite at BBC Studios to make a big play into the reality sphere and so the chance to marry that appetite with my experience was just too inviting to miss,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I can\u2019t wait to get the new label up and running\u2014I\u2019m really excited for what\u2019s to come!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Warner added: \u201cPete\u2019s credentials in the reality genre speak for themselves so it\u2019s a real coup he\u2019s chosen to set up a new label with us. We have big, ambitious plans when it comes to Reality, matched brilliantly with Pete\u2019s creativity and passion for creating jaw-dropping television.
