This is the second time BBC Studios has taken full ownership of an unscripted indie, following its increased investment in Voltage TV in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Webb-Lamb launched\u00a0Mothership TV in 2022 to make unscripted formats of scale. It is currently producing <em>Secret Genius <\/em>for Channel 4. Other credits include <em>Around the World in 80 Weighs<\/em> and <em>Sandi\u2019s Great British Woodland Restoration. <\/em>BBC Studios will have first-look global distribution and format rights to Mothership\u2019s output.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Webb-Lamb, founder and CEO of Mothership, said, \u201cWhat matters most to me is being able to make great telly with great people, and I\u2019ve really enjoyed and valued Mothership\u2019s relationship with BBC Studios over the past three years.
