Sam Dean, showrunner of <em>Love Is Blind<\/em> and executive producer of <em>FBoy Island<\/em>, and David Friedman, executive producer of <em>Temptation Island<\/em> and showrunner of <em>Bullsh*t: The Game Show<\/em>, are showrunners for the new series. Velvet Hammer\u2019s Jennifer O\u2019Connell and Rebecca Quinn are executive producing.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Connell and Quinn launched Velvet Hammer in 2023 after they previously oversaw unscripted content at HBO Max.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt Velvet Hammer Media, we live to create formats that feel fresh, bold and binge-worthy,\u201d O\u2019Connell and Quinn said. \u201cWith <em>Age of Attraction<\/em>, we\u2019re asking audiences if age is truly just a number.
