{"id":11008,"date":"2024-12-09T08:12:06","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T13:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/ae-wwe-team-for-competition-series\/"},"modified":"2024-12-09T09:07:14","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T14:07:14","slug":"ae-wwe-team-for-competition-series","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvformats\/ae-wwe-team-for-competition-series\/","title":{"rendered":"A&#038;E &#038; WWE Team for Competition Series"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A&amp;E and WWE have expanded their programming partnership, including the debut of <em>WWE LFG<\/em> (<em>Legends &amp; Future Greats<\/em>), a new competition series.<\/p>\n<p>The new competition series features in-ring matches along with a behind-the-scenes look at rising talent vying for a WWE contract while being mentored by WWE Legends such as Paul \u201cTriple H\u201d Levesque, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and Booker T.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, WWE and A&amp;E will launch <em>WWE\u2019s Greatest Moments<\/em>, a series that will provide fans a front-row seat to relive the iconic events that have shaped WWE history.<\/p>\n<p>A new season of the hit series <em>WWE Rivals<\/em>\u00a0will also complement this winter\u2019s WWE programming slate on A&amp;E, which will add more than 180 hours of original content over the next three years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLiterally filled with blood, sweat and tears, there\u2019s never been a series that combines in-ring action, behind-the-scenes reality, high-stakes drama and some of WWE\u2019s greatest icons all in one package,\u201d said Rob Sharenow, president of programming at A+E Networks. \u201cFrom total unknowns to legends, <em>LFG<\/em> will give viewers a raw, ground-up, 360-degree view of what it truly takes to make it in the WWE.
