Among other deals, it has been commissioned by ProSiebenSat.1 and Joyn in Germany, RTL Hungary and Skai TV in Greece.<\/p>\n<p>Acun Medya will produce versions in Mexico and Romania. In addition to the NBCU deal, the format rights have also been granted in Belgium and the Netherlands to Vincent TV, Spain, Portugal and Italy to Fremantle, and Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland to Banijay Nordics.<\/p>\n<p>The strategy game centers on one critical question: Who holds the power? The daily show features 13 celebrities living together and competing in a strategic game \u201csurveilled\u201d by an AI called Delta. The targeted contestant\u2019s only chance to stay is by identifying the \u201cpower player,\u201d who must leave if exposed.<\/p>\n<p>Moe Bennani, CEO of Dreamspark and executive producer, said: \u201cDreamspark has big ambitions. <em>The Power<\/em> is the first launch for our company, and the confidence in the concept is amazing\u2014five countries straight to commission; we are developing the American version with NBCU and more will be announced soon. We, together with Studio89 and M6 Group, are proud this format is the next big hit reality brand in the market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dimitri Gelineau, sales manager at Studio 89\/M6 Formats, said: &#8220;I am delighted about the success of <em>The Power<\/em>. It is never easy these days to launch an innovative and cost-effective format, and W9 remains a safe home for such format creations.
