BBC Studios will represent the format globally and distribute the series.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Memory Bites<\/em> is a beautiful format,\u201d said Moran. \u201cThere\u2019s nothing quite like seeing someone\u2019s face light up when they take a bite of a dish, once cooked by someone they love, that transports them back to a moment in time.
