The quiz shows Bridge of Lies<\/em> and Celebrity Bridge<\/em> of Lies have both been recommissioned for new seasons for BBC One and iPlayer.<\/p>\n

With Ross Kemp as host, Bridge of Lies<\/em> will start filming its 25×45-minute fourth season for daytime later this year. Celebrity Bridge of Lies<\/em> is being extended to a 10×45-minute third season for its Saturday night slot.<\/p>\n

Both series will again be produced by Bridge of Lies<\/em> creators STV Studios, with Gary Chippington, creative director of STV Studios Entertainment, continuing to serve as executive producer. International format sales, outside of the U.S., are handled by BBC Studios.<\/p>\n

Kemp said: \u201cThey\u2019ve made versions in America and Spain recently, but Bridge of Lies<\/em> is coming home in 2025\u2014and I\u2019m nearly as excited as I was when England made it to the Euros final!
\n\u201cI\u2019ve had a lot of fun hosting this show for the past three years, and I\u2019m really grateful we\u2019ve been asked to make more episodes than ever before with the new commissions. Rob Unsworth, head of BBC Daytime and early peak commissioning, commented: \u201cSeries four! We\u2019re so happy audiences love Bridge of Lies<\/em> as much as we do; it was such an easy decision to bring it back for more. Ross does a brilliant job making contestants feel at ease when they\u2019re under pressure, and there\u2019s still time to apply to be in this series, so if you think you can beat the bridge, get your applications ready.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kalpna Patel-Knight, head of commissioning for entertainment, commented: \u201cBridge of Lies<\/em> is such a hit with audiences. It\u2019s the perfect program to sit down with the family and start your Saturday night of entertainment. This series will be packed full of specials that all ages will be able to enjoy and play along to!\u201d<\/p>\n
