Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the Danish TV format <em>Det sidste ord<\/em>, the new docuseries will feature long-form interviews with notable personalities who have spent their lives making significant contributions to humanity and culture. However, the guests and their episodes will only be announced and aired after the participants\u2019 passing.<\/p>\n<p>The interviews will be conducted with only the interviewee and interviewer present for the private recording session in a studio facilitated by remotely operated cameras. It will give guests a safe space to share their raw and emotional reflections and will serve as a time capsule of intimate conversations. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts will hold and preserve the interviews until it is time for them to air.<\/p>\n<p>Falchuk and Mikkel Bondesen will executive produce with David Goldberg and showrunner David Friedman for the U.S. market for Netflix, which has secured worldwide rights to the program. <em>Famous Last Words<\/em> is Teley-Vision\u2019s second series and first non-scripted title that has gone into production under their multiyear deal with the streamer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the moment that Mikkel Bondesen brought the format to our company and Netflix, everyone was on board,\u201d Falchuk said. \u201cNetflix is the perfect place for this unique show. The experience for the audience and the participant is moving, odd and transcendent. It\u2019s not like any other interview show that has ever been made.
