Within Fremantle UK, Ashley Whitehouse has been promoted to director of programs at Thames and Paul Broadbent has been upped to the same role at Naked.<\/p>\n
Whitehouse first began working with Thames in 2011 and helped to produce Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/em> and The X Factor<\/em>. Broadbent has over 20 years of experience and has credits for BBC One\u2019s The Apprentice<\/em>, Netflix\u2019s Buying London<\/em> and Channel 4\u2019s Gogglebox<\/em>.<\/p>\n Whitehouse made Thames his permanent home in 2019 as the executive producer of Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/em>, The X Factor<\/em>, Too Hot to Handle<\/em>, Family Fortunes<\/em>, Who Cares Wins<\/em>, MAMMA MIA! I Have a Dream<\/em> and Battle Camp<\/em>.<\/p>\n Broadbent helped develop Gogglebox<\/em> and was series editor for the first three seasons. He has also executive produced the BBC\u2019s Mary Berry Saves Christmas<\/em> and The Job Centre<\/em>.
