With no access to smartphones, internet or credit cards, the teams must find quick, inexpensive ways to make it through the journey and reach the final checkpoint first.<\/p>\n<p>The German iteration is being produced by TOWER, an All3Media company.<\/p>\n<p><em>Race Across the World<\/em> has run for three seasons and one celebrity season in the U.K. on the BBC, with new seasons of both the original and celebrity versions commissioned.
