Lands Norwegian Adaptation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nordisk Banijay is set to produce a Norwegian adaptation of Banijay\u2019s <em>Are You For Real?<\/em> as<em> Skinnet Bedrar?<\/em> for TV Norge.<\/p>\n<p>Presenter and journalist Ronny Brede Aase will host the Norwegian iteration, which sees a rotating panel of comedians try to identify the liars out of a group of people who claim to have a specific talent, job or characteristic. An audience member sitting in the winning comedian\u2019s section has the chance to walk away with a prize.<\/p>\n<p>This marks the fourth adaptation of <em>Are You For Real?<\/em>, which launched in Peru and Sweden last year. In Mexico, the series was the number one non-scripted show across all key demos and has recently finished its second season on Canal 5.<\/p>\n<p>The format was developed by Endemol Shine Boomdog, Endemol Shine Italy and TelevisaUnivision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhether you\u2019re on the celebrity panel, in the audience or watching at home, everyone can play along and see how well they can read people,\u201d said Erlend Hern\u00f8 R\u00f8eggen, CEO of Nordisk Banijay. \u201cWith a lineup of comedians ready to get stuck in, the audience can expect a high-energy show and hilarious probing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lucas Green, chief content officer of operations at Banijay, added, \u201cAudiences are looking for those upbeat, joyful shows, and this format meets this demand while adding a gamified twist on the talent-show genre.
