St\u00e9fanie Gelinas has been named executive VP of global formats and development for Critical Content (Ginny & Georgia<\/i>, Sly<\/i>, Catfish<\/i>).<\/p>\n

In her new role, the seasoned television executive will strategically grow Critical Content\u2019s territory relationships and secure formats, co-production partnerships and first-look deals across markets. Gelinas has already shepherded negotiations with a number of European and Asian production companies.<\/p>\n

Gelinas has a history with Critical Content, having previously served as a consultant. She helped adapt various third-party IP into formats, such as Survive the Raft<\/em>, Immortal Songs<\/em>, #1 Chicken\u00a0<\/em>and more.<\/p>\n

Prior to her new role, Gelinas served as senior VP for Zodiak Americas, a division of Zodiak Entertainment; managing director for Talpa USA; VP of development and strategy for Fremantle Media North America; and creative director and head of development for Endemol Germany.<\/p>\n
