They must conquer physical and mental challenges in order to win special prizes and coveted floor space. Winning the challenges expands their living area and shrinks their opponents\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><em>Battle in the Box<\/em> was created by Korea\u2019s NMedia and is represented globally by Something Special. This new deal follows previously announced deals with Fremantle for Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal, and with UKTV for the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s extraordinary to see the huge international response to <em>Battle in the Box<\/em>, which we instantly loved and couldn\u2019t wait to take globally,\u201d said Praise ChanMi Shin, VP and head of sales for Something Special. \u201cAnd now our partners at ITV Studios are taking this exciting show further and building on its success.
