Video Interview with You’re Back in the Room’s Keith Barry

NEW YORK: TV Formats met with Keith Barry, who is the hypnotist on You’re Back in the Room, to discuss what makes the format and its gameplay unique.

The comedy game show You’re Back in the Room watches as a team of five strangers take on a series of seemingly simple challenges, but there’s a twist: each contestant has been hypnotized. The format, developed by Tuesday’s Child, had a successful run in prime time in the U.K. on ITV, which has now commissioned a second season. BBC Worldwide has also licensed the format into France and Australia.

In this video, Barry performs some susceptibility tests for our cameras that you can try in order to see how receptive you would be to hypnosis.
