Talpa Pacts with Nicole Plas’s Dok1 Media

Talpa has inked an exclusive partnership with Nicole Plas’s production company Dok1 Media.

The deal gives the newly formed Belgian production company the exclusive rights to the complete Talpa format catalog starting this month. The collaboration follows Plas’s decision to focus on her own projects and step down as managing director of Endemol Shine Belgium after 23 years.

The first production Plas will produce under the Dok1 Media label will be The Voice Belgique season eight for RTBF. It is expected to air in spring 2019. Plas’s credits include Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, The Wall, The Voice and The Voice Kids, among other titles.
