Considered a format megahit, Married at First Sight is still going strong more than a decade on, including in key markets such as the U.S., U.K. and Australia. Sold in over 29 countries worldwide, the format continues to land new commissions and recommissions and has paved the way for many others in the social experiment/reality dating space. The show comes from Snowman Productions, which is also behind Stranded on Honeymoon Island.

Michael von Würden, managing director of Snowman Productions, talks to TV Formats Weekly about creating new formats, duty of care protocols, nurturing franchises and the importance of casting.
