Armoza Formats is shining a spotlight in Cannes on formats created both in Israel and internationally, including Queens of Love, which it developed and produced.

Queens of Love features three fabulous drag queens coming to the rescue of one hopeless single who has not had success looking for love. Using their insights, the mentors will pick the single up for a night of fun and romance, auditioning four potential suitors. After each date, the queens will analyze, discuss and critique the suitors, deciding which one is the best fit by the end of the night.

The new dating-reality format Single Parents Cruising, produced by Canada’s Zone 3, centers on one single mom and one single dad as they embark on a ten-day cruise for the chance to find love as ten other single parents compete to sweep them off their feet. From Finland’s YLE and Yellow Film & TV, Song of My Life introduces viewers to the music that has changed the lives of their favorite celebrities. I’ve Got Issues, a Nawi-Pro Creative-produced factual-entertainment format, follows a well-known comedian on a journey of self-discovery, addressing a light-hearted issue in each episode.

In Armoza’s scripted catalog is Call Me If You Die, a thriller from Canada’s TVA and Zone 3 that sees protagonist Jean-François return to Montreal after a 30-year absence following an extended police mission in Thailand. Made a lieutenant on an operation to bring down the Italian Mafia, he’s reunited with his lifelong best friend and a high-ranking mafioso Mario, leading the two to become torn between their jobs and their friendship.

Amos Neumann, COO of Armoza Formats, said: “In our often-isolated world of technology, it has become increasingly important to give people the opportunities and the tools to personally connect with others around them. Every show in our MIPCOM slate is set to entertain viewers while revolving around the power of these connections—whether by sharing cherished memories in Song of My Life, relating with and finding comfort from those who share similar life troubles in I’ve Got Issues or through getting the help of the best dating mentors in order to find love in Queens of Love.”
