New Adventure Dating Format from Married at First Sight Creators

Red Arrow Studios International is launching a new adventure dating show, Stranded on Honeymoon Island, in which couples are marooned on a deserted island and left to fend for themselves for two weeks.

Created by Snowman Productions, creators of Married at First Sight, the series has been commissioned by VTM2 in Belgium and will air in March. The production company is PIT.

In the format, the four couples are matched by experts following a speed dating event, but they don’t know which partner has been chosen for them until they see them at the altar. Immediately after committing themselves to each other in an intimate ceremony, they are dramatically abandoned on their own deserted tropical islands for the adventure of a lifetime.

Red Arrow Studios International is launching the format at London Screenings and will distribute it internationally.
