Germany’s WDR Localizes Belgian Game Show Switch

The game-show format Switch, created for VRT in Belgium, has scored a German commission from WDR.

Lineup Industries landed the deal, which will see an 8×45-minute version produced by Riverside. Filming is in the same Belgian studio as the original. The new local version, titled Quizz Dich Auf 1, will be adapted to fill a 45-minute slot and air weekly. The series launches this April and will be hosted by German presenter Guido Cantz.
