Banijay Acquires French Format Outfit Tooco

Banijay has acquired Tooco, a French outfit specialized in the creation, development and management of formats for the local and global markets.

Tooco, led by Aurélien Lipiansky and Mikaël Moreau, is behind formats such as Guess My Age, which has traveled to 22 territories, including Italy, Spain and Germany. Founded in 2015, its slate encompasses game shows, entertainment, factual entertainment and reality.
