{"id":9888,"date":"2020-01-21T10:04:30","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T15:04:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tveurope\/wwe-inks-u-k-free-air-tv-deal-channel-5\/"},"modified":"2020-01-21T10:04:30","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T15:04:30","slug":"wwe-inks-u-k-free-to-air-tv-deal-with-channel-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tveurope\/2020\/01\/21\/wwe-inks-u-k-free-to-air-tv-deal-with-channel-5\/","title":{"rendered":"WWE Inks U.K. Free-to-Air TV Deal with Channel 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WWE has entered into a new partnership with ViacomCBS\u2019s Channel 5 to broadcast highlights of its weekly programs <em>Raw<\/em> and <em>SmackDown<\/em> on free-to-air television in the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Starting February 2, Channel 5 will air a one-hour version of <em>Raw<\/em> on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. and a one-hour version of <em>SmackDown<\/em> on Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. In addition, <em>NXT UK<\/em> will air on Paramount Network every Wednesday from 12 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the agreement, content will be made available on Channel 5\u2019s My5 streaming service.
