Twofour has completed its new senior creative lineup with Natalie McArdle, who joins the company as director of development.<\/p>\n
McArdle’s role will be to drive Twofour and Boomerang’s diverse slate of factual entertainment, formats and blue-chip factual programming as the company prepares for its next era of growth. She is set to join the company in late January.<\/p>\n
McArdle joins Twofour from the Sony-backed company Electric Ray, where she spent four years as development lead. During her time there, she helped drive the company\u2019s creative strategy, co-executive producing projects, and has been key in creating various titles, including My Million Pound Menu<\/em> (BBC Two\u2014sold to Netflix), Alone at Home<\/em> (Channel 4), the upcoming daytime series Call That Hard Work<\/em> (BBC One) and the company\u2019s first MTV pilot.<\/p>\n She has previously worked in production and development at Tiger Aspect, BBC Three, Firecracker Films, Studio Lambert and Twenty Twenty, where she first worked with Twofour’s CEO, Tim Carter.<\/p>\n Carter said: \u201cNatalie’s always stood out for me as a rare, quirky, and original thinker; she’s someone who knows her way around big ideas that resonate and I’m chuffed to bits we’ll be working together again.\u201d<\/p>\n Dan Adamson, managing director of Twofour, said: \u201cI am delighted that Natalie is joining us as we embark on a really exciting new chapter for Twofour.
