{"id":9837,"date":"2020-01-03T11:43:31","date_gmt":"2020-01-03T16:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tveurope\/rtve-set-bring-full-international-slate-natpe\/"},"modified":"2020-01-03T12:58:12","modified_gmt":"2020-01-03T17:58:12","slug":"rtve-set-to-bring-full-international-slate-to-natpe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tveurope\/2020\/01\/03\/rtve-set-to-bring-full-international-slate-to-natpe\/","title":{"rendered":"RTVE Set to Bring Full International Slate to NATPE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>RTVE is set to present a wide range of dramas at NATPE, including <em>Malaka<\/em> and <em>Promises of Sand<\/em> (<em>Promesas de Arena<\/em>), as well as documentaries and international channels.<\/p>\n<p><em>Malaka<\/em>, a police thriller, revolves around the disappearance of the daughter of an important businessman from M\u00e1laga and the appearance of the new drug \u201cGold,\u201d which threatens to upset the balance between two rival drug clans. <em>Promises of Sand<\/em>, meanwhile, is a story of love and friendship pushed to the limit.<\/p>\n<p>Also on the drama slate is <em>The Hunt, Monteperdido<\/em> (<em>La caza. Monteperdido<\/em>), a psychological thriller that picks up five years after two 11-year-old girls vanished without a trace from a village in the Pyrenees, and one of them reappears. The second season, <em>The Hunt, Tramuntana<\/em> (<em>La caza. Tramuntana<\/em>), will be set on the island of Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p><em>Central Market<\/em> (<em>Mercado Central<\/em>) is a daily drama set in a market in a working-class neighborhood of a major city, which is threatened by real estate development. It\u2019s the backdrop for the working, family and personal relationships of the people who work there.<\/p>\n<p>RTVE will also be showing its catalog of fiction content, including series such as seasons two of <em>A Different View<\/em> (<em>La Otra Mirada<\/em>), season three of <em>I\u2019m Alive<\/em> (<em>Estoy Vivo<\/em>), three seasons of <em>The Department of Time<\/em> (<em>El Ministerio del Tiempo<\/em>), <em>Betrayal<\/em> (<em>Traici\u00f3n<\/em>), <em>El Continental<\/em> and <em>Detectives<\/em> (<em>Sabuesos<\/em>). There is also a catalog of daily dramas on offer from the company.<\/p>\n<p>In documentaries, RTVE also has a wide range of titles covering a diversity of subjects in history, culture, music and nature. Among its latest productions are: <em>Joan Tarrag\u00f3: the Librarian of Mauthausen<\/em> (<em>Joan Tarrag\u00f3: El bibliotecario de Mauthausen<\/em>), which tells the story behind the few hidden book in the titular concentration camp; <em>D Team: The Forgotten Codes<\/em> (<em>Equipo D.
