The romantic comedy is written by Karolina Szymczyk-Majchrzak and directed by Filip Zylber and will be distributed locally by Dystrybucja M\u00f3wi Serwis.<\/p>\n<p>A comedic guide for all those who dream of meeting \u201cThe One,\u201d the film follows the main character Alicja (Ma\u0142gorzata Socha), who\u2019s been single for the last ten years. Instead of waiting for fate to send her the love she wants, she seeks it out and enrolls in a course to find the perfect partner. The curriculum teaches Alicja how to date, and it just might teach her and the other participants how to enthrall a millionaire as well.<\/p>\n<p>The movie is an adaptation of <em>Ellis in Glamourland<\/em> from NL Film\u2014part of Endemol Shine Netherlands\u2014which was released in 2004 and starred Joan Collins. Alongside Socha, the movie will star Micha\u0142 Malinowski, Anita Soko\u0142owska, Ma\u0142gorzata Foremniak, Iwo Rajski, Piotr Polk, Wojciech Mecwaldowski and Miko\u0142aj Roznerski, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Lars Blomgren, head of scripted for EMEA at Endemol Shine Group, said: \u201c<em>Ellis in Glamourland<\/em> is a fun and cheeky look at the values of modern-day dating which we\u2019re sure cinema-goers will delight in.
