The transaction follows\u00a0Fulwell 73 receiving a\u00a0\u00a345 million investment from\u00a0Valence Media last year.\u00a0Creativity Media, founded in 2010, has\u00a0post-produced 95 films and television shows, among them Fulwell 73\u2019s hit football documentary <em>The Class of &#8217;92<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Leo Pearlman, partner at Fulwell 73, noted, \u201cCreativity Media has been a key partner on many of our features and high-end documentaries over the past eight years and we have built a very close working partnership. We trust them implicity, and like us, they share a passion for storytelling and demand the highest creative standards. Bringing Creativity Media into Fulwell will mean we can boost our in-house postproduction team and take it to the next level, increasing our commercial and creative output as we continue to grow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Creativity Media&#8217;s Fischer and Kondal added, \u201cThis is an extraordinary and historic moment for us\u2014after eight years of working together, this merger will allow us to combine our vast range of talent across the storytelling process.
