Exec for Sales Role"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Distribution vet Nicky Wood has joined the Lionsgate U.K. team as senior VP and head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa television sales.<\/p>\n<p>Wood will be responsible for Lionsgate U.K.\u2019s EMEA television sales across both digital and linear platforms. She will be based in London.<\/p>\n<p>Woods comes to Lionsgate after a 15-year tenure at Warner Bros. in the international television distribution division, where she most recently held the position of senior VP of sales for Russia, CEE and sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to Warner Bros., Wood held various positions at Sky, BBC and Channel 4, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Lionsgate President of Worldwide Television and Digital Distribution Jim Packer said: \u201cWith Nicky\u2019s impressive background and expertise in media sales and distribution, she will help expand the reach of our content across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
