Anne Mensah, former head of drama at Sky, is joining Netflix as VP of content, leading the scripted series content team focused on U.K. productions.<\/p>\n
Based in London, Mensah will oversee the team that develops and creates U.K.-based original series. She is expected to start in 2019. Mensah most recently served as Sky’s director of drama and Sky Studios. Prior to joining Sky, Mensah spent ten years at the BBC, where she held a dual role as head of independent drama as well as head of drama for BBC Scotland.<\/p>\n
