The show sees ambitious petrol heads compete for the fastest race course lap times in vehicles that they have converted themselves. Racecourse obstacles include swinging wrecking balls and ski jumps.<\/p>\n<p>Fifteen teams with two drivers each compete in the challenge. The teams have a limited amount of time and a fixed budget to convert their vehicles in preparation for the course. The series is presented by German TV star and model Sophia Thomalla, alongside racing driver Johannes Stuck, with commentary by Ron Ringguth (Eurosport, <em>Beat the Star<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Jobst Benthues, the CEO of RedSeven Entertainment, a Red Arrow Studios company, said, \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to be working with DMAX on this big new event series.
