Earlier in her career, she was director of festivals and markets at Fortissimo Films, and coordinator of press and international PR for the International Film Festival Rotterdam.<\/p>\n<p>Talsma remarked: \u201cI\u2019m looking forward immensely to my new role at Rooftop. This is a tremendous opportunity to work in a challenging international and fast-moving media landscape, in which Rooftop will play an increasingly important role.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jordi van Even and Jan Maarten Groen, joint managing directors of Rooftop Content Group, added: \u201cWe are delighted to have Laura on board.
