Bibiane Godfroid, the CEO of Newen Group, also organized the executive board to consist of Bessi; Guillaume de Menthon, Telfrance\u2019s CEO; and Guillaume Thouret, Capa\u2019s managing director. Anna Pugacewicz is in charge of administrative and financial matters, while J\u00e9r\u00f4me P\u00e9dron will handle legal and business matters, and Gabrielle Badoy will manage human resources.<\/p>\n<p>Godfroid stated, \u201cI am pleased to become the CEO of this great production and distribution company, with a wide range of talents and skills.
