Endemol Shine Group has reportedly hired Deutsche Bank and Liontree to find a buyer for 21st Century Fox’s and Apollo Global Management’s stakes in the company.<\/p>\n
According to CNBC, the company could be sold for between $2.5 billion and $4 billion, including debt. Endemol Shine Group declined to comment on the reports. Disney is set to acquire 21st Century Fox’s 50-percent stake in Endemol Shine Group should that merger agreement proceed.<\/p>\n
The production-and-distribution powerhouse was behind more than 800 productions in 79 territories in 2017. Endemol Shine International holds a catalog of more than 3,000 formats and over 50,000 hours of finished programming.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
