Mediawan is also in exclusive negotiations regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in the Makever group, one of France\u2019s leading producers with franchises such as <em>Captain Sharif<\/em>, <em>Kaboul Kitchen<\/em> and <em>The Red Band Society<\/em>. It is also looking to acquire 60 percent of Mon Voisin Productions, created by Dominique Besnehard and Michel Feller.<\/p>\n<p>Pierre-Antoine Capton, Mediawan\u2019s chairman of the board, said: \u201cThese strategic investments in EuropaCorp TV, Makever and Mon Voisin Productions would be another milestone in the implementation of Mediawan\u2019s strategy.
