In the future, the technology will also be used for the KPI-based optimization of display, video and later for addressable TV.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, ProSiebenSat.1 is expanding the ad-tech management team. Jana Eisenstein will join Advertising Platform Solutions as executive VP on January 1, 2018. She will manage the business of this growth area together with Jens Mittnacht.<\/p>\n<p>Christof Wahl, member of the executive board for digital and COO of ProSiebenSat.1 Group, said: &#8220;The majority stake in esome is another boost for our positioning in the ad-tech sector and expands our expertise with KPI-based products in the attractive social-advertising market. With the aid of esome&#8217;s technology, performance-oriented and thus even more effective addressable TV campaigns will be a possibility in the future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Hansj\u00f6rg Blase, together with Christoph Brust, Falk Bielesch and Manuel K\u00f6nig, founders of esome advertising technologies, commented: &#8220;We are delighted to have ProSiebenSat.1 Group as a strong partner by our side for the rigorous advancement of our business model.
