The company is based in Berlin and was founded in early 2017 by Dr. Georg Ramme, who previously worked as global managing director for Endemol Shine Group.<\/p>\n<p>Ramme will continue to oversee all operational tasks, while Bernd Wendeln, TMG\u2019s head of corporate development and M&amp;A, will serve as chairman of Load Studio\u2019s board.<\/p>\n<p>Herbert L. Kloiber, the managing director of TMG, said: &#8220;The investment in Load Studios supports our strategic goal to integrate new revenue streams into our existing business model. We are looking forward to working with Load Studios and to taking advantage of all the new opportunities that arise from creating innovative content for the digital markets.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ramme added: &#8220;As a dynamic and fully integrated media company, TMG is a perfect match for us.
