Through the extended partnership, MTV becomes the first TV channel in France to join the Snapchat Discover platform, offering French Snapchat users exclusive, localized Snaps updated daily and combining video and editorial news. To supply a steady stream of fresh pop-culture content featuring fans\u2019 favorite artists, celebrities and MTV content, a team in France will produce Publisher Stories for the platform in partnership with colleagues based in London and New York.<\/p>\n<p>MTV\u2019s international and domestic U.S. Snapchat Discover content features a range of material created exclusively for the platform and updated daily. MTV was among the first brands to program original content for the platform, including <em>Pants Off<\/em> and <em>Show Us Ur Phone<\/em> with Charlotte Crosby. Recently, MTV in the U.S. debuted its first Snapchat show, a reimagined <em>Cribs<\/em>. In addition to the three MTV Snapchat Discover editions, Snapchat features Comedy Central on its domestic U.S. and international Snapchat Discover platform.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are huge fans of Snapchat, and continue to see strong engagement across our international and U.S. MTV Snapchat Discover editions,\u201d said Kerry Taylor, the CMO of Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) and senior VP of youth and music at MTV International. \u201cWe can\u2019t wait to bring a localized version to audiences in France.
