Expectation, founded by former Endemol Shine Group President Tim Hincks and ex-ITV Director of Television Peter Fincham, has hired Alexia Edwards as COO.<\/p>\n

Edwards joins from Warner Bros Television Production UK, where she has spent the last six months as group commercial and business affairs director. Prior to that, she spent ten years at ITV as head of legal and business affairs. She began her career as a lawyer at all3media-owned indie Lion Television.<\/p>\n

In her new role at Expectation, Edwards will work alongside CFO Rob Brown to create new opportunities and fully maximize the business interests of the company. She joins Expectation next month.<\/p>\n

Fincham, co-CEO of Expectation, said: \u201cI worked with Alexia for the duration of my time at ITV and she is well respected for her reputation as being a strong negotiator. Working hand in glove with Rob Brown, we have an exceptional operating team.\u201d<\/p>\n
