He will leave Bertelsmann and RTL Group by best mutual consent as of March 31 to take over new international responsibilities in the digital and investment industry. He will continue to serve the RTL Digital Hub in a consulting capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Habets and de Posch will be taking over responsibility for the RTL Digital Hub, created in June 2015 to develop RTL Group\u2019s investments in the areas of digital advertising sales and multi-channel networks (MCNs), in particular SpotX, Clypd, VideoAmp, BroadbandTV, StyleHaul and FremantleMedia\u2019s Divimove. Daniel Menet\u00a0will support both co-CEOs in the daily management of the RTL Digital Hub and in liaising with the various portfolio companies, in addition to his current position as RTL Group\u2019s senior VP of mergers and acquisitions. Rhys Noelke, RTL Group\u2019s senior VP of strategy, will continue to support the RTL Digital Hub, in particular in digital advertising sales and ad tech. Keith Hindle, CEO of digital and branded entertainment at FremantleMedia, will continue to advise and support the RTL Digital Hub team. Jens-Uwe Bornemann, the senior VP of multiplatform networks and strategic partnerships at FremantleMedia, will join the RTL Digital Hub team. Reporting to Hindle, he will continue to have operational oversight of Divimove while ensuring closer integration of the company with RTL Group and its various business units. Bornemann will support the RTL Digital Hub in growing its MCN businesses, in particular in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>De Posch commented: \u201cI would like to thank Marcel Reichart for successfully leading the RTL Digital Hub\u2014and for our excellent collaboration.
