Working out of Amsterdam, she is immediately responsible for acquiring new formats and finished programming for the\u00a0business.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, van der Goes served as format and brand director for creative networks at Endemol Shine Group. Before that, she was senior manager of format distribution at Endemol International, a title\u00a0she held since joining the company in 2008. Most recently, she has been running her own format consultancy, All Right Media.<\/p>\n<p>Sophie Ferron, the president of Media Ranch, said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to have such a proven format expert as Tanja joining Media Ranch after many years of successful collaboration.
