By April 20, 2017, Bollor\u00e9 will control around 29 percent of voting rights.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement the organization said, &#8220;These operations reflect the confidence the Bollor\u00e9 Group has in Vivendi\u2019s potential for development and its willingness to remain as reference shareholder of the company in the long term.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bollor\u00e9 has been chairman since 2014 and has been stepping up expansion plans at Vivendi, which has since bet big on gaming with Gameloft and Ubisoft and taken a stake in Telecom Italia.
