He\u00a0joined BBC Worldwide in 2011 and has played an\u00a0instrumental role in the company&#8217;s\u00a0channel business in Poland, as well as\u00a0the global launch of BBC Brit and BBC Earth last year. He will continue to be responsible for the distribution and strategy development of the linear channels business, along with consumer products such as DVDs, live events and merchandising.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Gilarski is joining Pruski\u2019s team as affiliate sales executive. Gilarski will support Pruski in looking after the linear channels distribution. Prior to joining BBC Worldwide Poland, Gilarski worked at Viacom International Media Networks.<\/p>\n<p>Jacek Koskowski, the general manager and VP of BBC Worldwide Poland, said, \u201cI\u2019m pleased to be welcoming a new valuable member to our team and seeing others progressing within our structures.
